Description

Book cover concepts for the His Dark Materials series by Philip Pullman. Including The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife and the Amber Spyglass. The mastheads on the covers are a hand-made custom typeface made specifically for this project. I also used quite a bit of watercolor stock (each cover file was at least a gig). Illustrator CS5 + Photoshop CS5

Eventually I'm sure i'll also post the back designs as well? lol.
